Soul Intent was an American hip hop group, and consisted of Eminem, Proof, Chaos Kid, Manix and DJ Butterfingaz. They had been called Bassmint Productions in 1990.

On October 5, 2011, Chaos Kid committed suicide.

Manix is still active in producing music and currently resides in Metro Detroit.
